Police Traffic Radar, Pacing, Visual Estimation - Expert

This video show a complete unmarked police vehicle with radar antennas, plate scanners, radio antennas.  The police vehicle exits the turnpike and waits, until the target has been seen.  At some point in time, the police officer makes a visual estimations, activates his radar device and begins to pace the target vehicle/  Shortly, there after, the police officer / tropper actives his emergency lights and makes a traffic stop.
