One major factor of traffic accident that cause serious injuries or fatalities are motor vehicle operators that drive recklessly or carelessly such as backing off a highway or roadway, and/or changing all three lanes while speeding, in attempts to get off the exit.  Notice in this video the red pickup truck towing a trailer literally is backing up from one road to another, while other vehicles are traveling over 45 mph.
