ENRADD speed measuring devices are used in Pennsylvania that cannot be detected by any electronic warning device. This device has two (2) sensors that detect a moving vehicle from the initial point to the final point and determines the speed of the target vehicle. The target vehicle will be pulled over by the police, and might be given a citation.
