Georgia - A State representative is drafting a bill that would make speeding in a school zone an aggravated misdemeanor with a fine up to $2,000 and incarceration up to 12 months. Ohio drivers lost a Supreme Court appeal Monday that asked whether police roadblocks to check for unlicensed drivers violated the Constitution's guarantee against unreasonable searches or stops. The court, without comment, declined to hear the case of two Dayton men cited for driving without licenses in 1998. The teams will set-up checkpoints for DWI, seat belt laws, speeding and other violations. Colorado - DMV will be upgrading their current camera equipment for imagine mapping.
